Join us in making dragon boating a sport for everyone! This inclusive workshop is designed to empower both new and existing coaches, volunteers, and Persons with Disabilities (PwDs) to confidently participate in and manage dragon boat training together.
Integrating awareness, education, and immersive hands-on experiences, this session aims to break down barriers and challenge misconceptions about disability sports. Whether you are looking to step into a coaching role, volunteer your time, or try out dragon boating for the first time, this workshop will equip you with the right tools and mindset.

What to Expect:
For Coaches & Team Admins: Learn how to adapt your training and use empowering, respectful communication (the "right message") to effectively coach athletes of all abilities.
For Volunteers: Gain practical, hands-on skills (including clinical safety and safe transfer techniques) to assist PwD athletes with ease and confidence, ensuring a safe and highly enjoyable experience for everyone.
For PwDs (and Caregivers): Step into a welcoming, fully supported environment. Through open dialogues and expert guidance, we will address your concerns, reassure you of your safety, and show you how training is tailored effectively to your needs so you can experience the thrill of the sport.
