Rhythmic Connections (RC) is 6 to 7 week group journey nurturing neurodivergent teens through yoga, mindfulness, creative expression and social excursions. It is safe for teens with ASD, ADHD, Cerebral Palsy, OCD, Speech Delays, Global Developmental Delay, and Intellectual disabilities.

Event Description:
Our sessions encourage participants to:
✔ Explore mindful & joyful movement, breathing exercises and restorative poses
✔ Practice communication and social skills with peers
✔ Build body and breath awareness
✔ Emotional regulation
✔ Expand emotional literacy
✔ Cultivate compassion & self-acceptance
✔ Deepen connection and understanding of oneself and our peers.
Each term, we explore a different core theme with the intention of drawing out the wisdom from the students’ own experience and relation to the theme.
