Locate ActiveSG swimming pools that are fitted with ramps for safe and gradual entry into the pool. Please approach a Guest Services Officer if you require the use of a pool wheelchair or commode chair.

Caregiver Scheme: For caregivers of users with special needs, you are welcome to accompany them throughout their entire pool session on a complimentary basis. Do approach the ActiveSG Sport Champions for assistance on complimentary entry into the pool. You will be required to scan a QR code before accessing the pool.

There is an alternative cargo lift at the loading and unloading bay in the event that the Passenger lift is down.
