Autism presents differently in every individual. Because autism exists on a spectrum, every person's needs, interests and starting points are unique. When you reach out to us with a question or programme enquiry, we will review your request and respond to you accordingly.

For Adults with Disabilities and Special Needs
Enabling Services Hubs (ESHs) offer community support for persons with disabilities and their caregivers closer to their homes. The establishment of ESHs is part of efforts under the Enabling Masterplan 2030 and takes a regional approach to bring community support services closer to the homes of persons with disabilities and their caregivers.
By joining an ESH, adults with autism and their caregivers will have opportunities to participate in sport and fitness activities.
Enabling Services Hubs are currently located in Jurong, Punggol and Tampines.
How to Get Started
Participation
Persons with autism can explore a range of sport programmes and activities through their respective social service agencies and other service providers. For more information, you can refer to Sport Programmes below.
Gym Orientation
For persons with autism and/or their caregivers who are looking to visit the gym independently, a gym orientation at selected ActiveSG gyms is available to help you familiarise yourself with the layout and equipment.

Competitive Pathway
There is currently no standalone Paralympic classification for autism. Athletes with autism can only compete in the Paralympic Games if they also have a co-occurring intellectual disability that meets specific medical thresholds (classified under the II-1 or T20 classes).
